Six years ago my life changed drastically, in a Blink of an Eye. I'd like to share my story...

Wednesday, May 4, 1994, at the age of 35, I was working as the account manager for a company in Orlando, FL. I had to get a late order request approved by the manager in the warehouse. He pulled up beside me on his forklift and we discussed the order. Suddenly, the forklift rolled back, right on top of my foot! The manager was then facing the opposite direction, so it took me a few seconds to get his attention so he could back the forklift off my foot. X-rays revealed no broken or cracked bones, but the incident caused massive nerve damage. I contracted a terrible disease called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) which is caused by nerve damage. With RSD you are in constant, continual, horrible pain. You suffer from muscle wasting, bone deossification and lost function of the affected limbs. RSD spreads slowly throughout your body and there is no known medical cure.

For the next three years, I went through numerous surgeries (some experimental), enormous amount of epidermal blocks (47 to be exact!), outrageous amounts of medications and still, I ended up in a wheelchair, with my health going downhill.

I was finally referred to wonderful doctor who implanted a Dorsal Column Stimulator into my back, along my spine. This enabled me to get out of the wheelchair, but I was still living on shots of morphine and 4 other medications. My health was progressively getting worse. I always felt bad, had no energy and was still in a great deal of pain, plus I was getting weaker by the day. Ventures outside the house were nonexistent unless it was for a doctor's appointment. The RSD had now spread into 90 percent of my body, so my spirit was being beaten down. For six years, I endured so much misery, knowing each day that the next one would be worse. To cope with the overwhelming pain, they finally implanted a morphine pump.

Recently my cousin, Marilyn Harris from Plymouth, NC, who I believe is one of my guardian angels, sent me some coral calcium and another energizing health product developed by a company in Hampton, VA. I immediately began to actually feel better. A few days went by and I felt even better with increased energy! Boy, did I feel good! I don't know how else to describe it. I had such a feeling of "well-being", and so much energy! About a week later another angel, Roy Parker from Goldsboro, NC, entered my life.
